Mission Trip
Dates: March 30 - April 9, 2010
Eligible students: ACA high school students
Purpose: To experience the joy of serving others in the name of Jesus, and to learn about Ukrainian culture.

This year will mark the third year in a row that a group of ACA students will travel to the Ukraine to partner with Ukrainian students doing community service projects and supporting orphans. One of our most important projects is our shoe drive. Every year we work to purchase shoes for children in need. This year our goal is to provide 400 pairs of shoes to kids of all ages in the Ukraine.
The Ukraine Mission Trip is designed to provide a number of educational and service opportunities for our students. Students will not only have a chance to learn about the people and culture of Ukraine, but will also get to spend a night in Paris.
Mr. Sweeney will provide frequent updates for parents and students during the trip on his Facebook page. All parents and students going on the trip are encouraged to friend Mr. Sweeney on Facebook to stay up to date on the latest Ukraine Mission Trip news.
