Student Volunteer Day
Thursday, April 1st (All Day)
If your son or daughter has signed up they will receive a notice of their event, time of event, teacher in charge and location. Please remember that transportation is the responsibility of parents. Please be prompt in arriving and picking up your student from their location. Please communicate with the on site ACA staff member any issues or changes in the way your student is being picked up at the end of their service time.
Unfortunately, we have had to cancel the afternoon session at Ronald McDonald House. However we still have a very few spots left working at The Village Retirement Home and picking oranges for a group called Helping Hands.
We are also aware of the strong possibility of rain on Thursday morning (ugh). Outdoor events are obviously at risk under those circumstances. Students have listed their phone numbers on the sign up sheets and the teacher assigned to their location may be calling them first thing in the morning if the event is canceled. If you have any questions on that morning, please contact the school for more information.
Please remember that other than the event at ACA, "Hands of Mercy," and Youth Hope, students are to report to their location NOT ACA, at the assigned time of their event.
